All shoots are based on a half or full day rate,
dependent on the photographic brief.
Half day rates from £350 plus VAT.
Full day rates from £550 plus VAT.
The prices quoted are minimum rates and subject to brief.
There may be additional pre-agreed travel costs,
dependent on distance and time of travel.
INCLUDED WITHIN THE RATE
All shoots receive standard post production and conversion
into high resolution RGB jpg files. A low resolution micro website
is produced to present the images from the shoot for proofing. Access to the online proofs will be via the MDM Photography website under the ‘proofs’ section. Once a shoot is ready to
view you will receive notification via email with password
access details.
A portrait shoot includes 5 images from the shoot to undergo more advanced balancing and enhancement, including
moderate retouch and conversion to black and white, if required.
(all images are shot in colour).
All commercial images requiring retouch will be charged as extra, per image, in agreement with the client.
OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS
There are no additional image release fees, all images are released in high resolution and will become rights owned by the client for their retention and continual use.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Non commercial clients (private commissions):
A shoot is due for immediate payment once completed and the proofs are made available to you for selection. Once payment is received, the shoot will be released as high resolution digital files.
Commercial clients:
Once a shoot is completed, with access given to online proofs
and the subsequent supply of high resolution images, an invoice will be presented for payment within 30 days.
